I am a devoted Wife, Mother of four, and a MeMee of three!  I moved to Springfield, Missouri in 1993 from Simi Valley, California. It was a GREAT decision for me because Springfield, Missouri and it's Surrounding Areas are a GREAT place to raise a FAMILY!

I had a Mortgage background when I moved here so when I got my Real Estate License in August of 2000 it was 2nd nature to me. When it comes to Business, it is just that, Business! I believe in the old school of "Customer Service, and answering my phone!" I believe in working hard for my clients!

When hiring a Realtor, EXPERIENCE, really does count! There are deadlines in every transaction, and it is important to stay on top of them! Negotiating is an important factor as well! I fight the good fight and get the BEST DEALS for my Buyers and Get the MOST MONEY for my Sellers.

Michelle has helped us with a few different projects. She did a wonderful job! She's hardworking, dedicated and a great negotiator. She has sold our family home. Then she sold a subdivision lot for us. Finally she sold some farmland for our family. In two of the three, we were under contract in a week. Michelle was the best Realtor. She went out of her way to show the house, set up an open house and suggest to me upgrades to help show the home. She was aware of the amount I would take and would not waste my time with low-ball offers. Since I did not live in the city where the home was, she would find "reasonable" contractors for make-ready repairs, carpet cleaning and painting. If she thought the contractor bid to high, she would find someone that was more reasonable. When we accepted an offer on the house, there was an inspection and there were a few items that needed to be addressed. She went over there herself and fixed them (simple fixes). I would recommend this Michelle to anyone. She made the process sooo easy. Very pleasant and professional. I was sooo lucky to have her!

Michelle was the fourth agent we listed our home with. We wish we would have started with her! She is extremely personable and very responsive; the other agents we listed with often let weeks go by without ever speaking with us. Our home was very clean and in a good neighborhood so we could never understand why it wasn't being shown.
Michelle stayed in frequent touch with us, sold our house, and even helped us locate a builder who is now building us the home we were dreaming of!
